Rice Bubble Easter Egg Baskets

These yummy Easter baskets are a great way to get the kids in the kitchen this Easter. They don’t require many ingredients and the method is easy for the younger cooks to follow. The mixture minus the eggs also makes a tasty lunchbox slice, just push the mixture into a slice tin instead of a muffin tin.

Ingredients:
– 100g butter
– 100g sugar
– 1 1/2 T honey
– 4 C rice bubbles
– mini Easter eggs

Method:
1. Melt butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan.
2. Boil for 3 minutes.
3. Take off the heat and mix in rice bubbles.
4. Press mixture in 12 hole muffin tin.
5. Place Easter eggs inside each basket and let the mixture set.
