Indoor Obstacle Course

For those rainy days where you are stuck inside with little ones or during a nationwide lock down why not create an indoor obstacle course to use up some of the kids energy. You can use whatever obstacles you have around your house such as your couch, mattresses, bean bags, tables and chairs.

– masking tape
– obstacles: bean bags, couches, tables, chairs, step stools, cushions, beds, mattresses, throw/catch a ball from Dad etc

1. Set up the course around your home e.g. bean bag at the end of the couch to jump onto, step stool to climb then jump onto mattress, crawl under dining table, adult throw a ball to catch and throw back from the couch.
2. Use masking tape as a guide for the path the kids should take.
